This is a total integration project for express parcel delivery.

The project is equipped with three matrix pivot wheel sorting systems, three small parcel sorting systems, and matching belt conveyor systems, as well as various visual recognition systems composed of cameras developed by Wayzim, to achieve accurate recognition and efficient sorting of parcels.

The project covers an area of about 200,000 m², with a total construction area of 420,000 m². The area in the first project phase is 89,741.4 m2.

Product configuration:

1. Express parcel outlet module: Matrix pivot wheel rough sorting line × 13, Matrix pivot wheel fine sorting line × 12

2. Express parcel inlet module: Matrix pivot wheel rough sorting line × 16, Double-layer semi-automatic small parcel sorter × 2

3. Express delivery module: Matrix pivot wheel rough sorting line × 4, Double-layer semi-automatic small parcel sorter × 1

1. Express parcel outlet module: 71,500 pph

2. Express parcel inlet module: 66,000 pph (matrix pivot wheel) to 120,000 pph (small parcel sorter)

3. Express delivery module: 16,500 pph (matrix pivot wheel) to 60,000 pph (small parcel sorter)
